First Anniversary of being Employee Owned

Today we celebrate the company’s first anniversary of being Employee Owned. I would like to thank all our employees for making the last 12 months a successful one and for their continued support and loyalty. As a collective we are all working for the continual growth and progression of our Company. Our focus on continued development of our award winning sash windows.

Employee owned businesses are on the rise in the United Kingdom. Some 1650 business are now employee owned.

In the last 12 months this sector grew by 30%. Employee owned businesses are renowned for being more productive and resilient to challenges, they are also greater innovators investing in Research and Development that certainly can be said of Masterframe.
