MASTERFRAME SCORES AGAIN AT GLASSEX 2005

“Glassex 2005 was a great success for us,” says Alan Burgess, Managing Director of Masterframe Windows Ltd, the leading manufacturer of high-quality PVC-U sliding sash windows. “We pulled out all the stops for our 14th consecutive year at the show, which should prove to be our best Glassex so far.”

“Fully working samples from each of our collections meant everyone could see the attention to detail that goes into making each and every window perfect, and at a price point to match client expectations. The Bygone Collection, for example, features white foiled woodgrain, branded hardware and continuous horns as standard. Showing the Bygone Collection opens so many doors, especially as conservation officers are unable to reject it on its looks. A plasma screen showed visitors the Masterframe factory in action, with giant exhibition screens debunking the myths about vertical sliders beside it.”

“Every visitor to our stand also had the opportunity to win two VIP tickets for the first England friendly in the new Wembley stadium right next to the Royal Box. We received a large number of entries and there was quite a crowd to witness the draw on Wednesday, with Dean Grice, Manager of Stafford UPVC Windows announced the winner.”

“When you rely on just one product to sell, it’s important to stand out from the competition. We needed a strong presence and the reaction of visitors to the stand said it all. It’s especially important when clients from competitors say their current supplier quality or service is letting them down, and are ready to try a new company.”

“Leads and appointments requested are up on last year, and there was much interest from installers wishing to join the BPI network – demonstrating that when a supplier works to improve its clients businesses, it secures a long term working partnership. Having access to the Bygone Collection window and exploiting the biggest untapped market in the industry also helps.”

“I’m already excited about next year’s show!”
