National Sales Manager – Trade & Commercial
As an award-winning sash window specialist, we are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to contribute to our Companies sales and growth objectives. We are looking for a personable individual who will be effectively responsible for managing the Companies Key Accounts and Commercial Clients.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Continue and establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customer accounts.
Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Forecasts.
Prepare Visit Reports, Weekly Budget Reports & Actions Plans
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Ensure that timely and effective solutions are aligned with clients’ needs and expectations.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development Departments to ensure brand consistency is maintained.
Constantly ensuring that you are up to date with new product launches and customers are also kept well informed in a timely manner
Attending Client Meetings and Delivering Presentations & Training Sessions.
Requirement & Skills
Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager with good Technical Skills.
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
Availability to travel as required with overnights.
Ability to engage with high value customers.
Drive and Enthusiasm essential with a proactive approach to everything.
